BEWARE!!!! My husband had a hole in a hose which was an easy repair. After a couple of days (which was longer than quoted), they charged us and gave the "fixed" truck back, only to get to our home which was an hour away to have the SAME hole existing and a screwdriver left in it without being fixed. We called and they gave no solution and no refund.

I went to Lester Brothers Automotive yesterday (2/19/24). I was having car trouble on my way home. I was 2 hours from home and had to stop to figure out the problem. Everyone at Lester Brothers Automotive was very helpful. Martin was a great office manager. He provided good customer service. I needed to get the ignition coil and spark plug replaced. They ordered the part and replaced them in a timely manner. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to help me at a moments notice (with no appt; and they were busy). Martin understood I was trying to get home. I definitely would recommend Lester Brothers Automotive. Kind, friendly, and affordable service. Thank you!

Try to schedule Appointment to have my transmission fluid changed in the car that they did my transmission repair. Never could get an appointment made they Give me a run around. I tried for two weeks to take it in and never could get a time to take it in.

I was driving from Austin to Houston. The engine was overheated suddenly as I passed Brenham. I pulled over at the shoulder right away and called 5 body shops for help. They all told me they were fully booked. I was in a desperate situation until I called Lester Brothers. Martin told me to stop by and he could take a look at it. He was really kind to assist me in identifying the issue and resolving it. Nice guy and good business! Highly recommended!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Performed great work on my 2013 Ford Fusion. Had a leak in my transmission, which was fixed within the same day. The staff was kind and polite. They explained everything that was done to my vehicle.

Don't pay cash! Because you can dispute credit cards. Seems they are great at taking advantage of out of towners. They did a half as job and did not bother proper diagnostics before replacing expensive parts that did not fix the problem. I'm in a bad situation now because I trusted the shotty work. My entire engine was toast 60 miles after leaving the shop! They assured me I was good to go and then tried blaming me for the destroyed vehicle. They refused to refund me or help me at all with it. The way the guy talked (been doing this 30 something years he bragged) on the way this happens with people who are visiting (or stranded ) and it never is the shops fault Steer clear and be thorough about your auto repairs!

I found all the mechanics at Lesters to be very nice and helpful. I called one day, told them I needed my truck worked on. I took it over talked with them about what was going on with it. They quoted me a price which I thought was very fair, and when I took my truck in to be worked on, it was done when they said it would be and it was the price that they quoted me. I was very pleased with the work, and I will definitely go back when I need my vehicle worked on again.

$2200 for a 700r4 "remanufactured" which it states on warranty which is furthest from the truth. had to get it towed back to shop on my expense after only a few days which it set parked for at least 15 days had to bring it back once more bc it was leaking trans fluid. Had to purchase a tv-cable for them for them to only reinstall the old one. now only 5000 miles on it it slips in 3rd and hardly goes into reverse... this truck hardly gets driven and unfortunately even with only 5k miles on it. there'a 1 year warranty go figure...worst experience dealing with a business I have ever had.
