One of the best experiences in a mattress store! James was so kind and respectful. He greeted us as we came in the door. We never felt pressured into buying a mattress. He had an answer to all of my questions. With out his honesty and knowledge, I don’t think I would have purchased a mattress. When ever I am in the market for another mattress, I will be going back to the Brenham location and asking for James.

Salesman was awsome and very helpful, did not buy the extended warranty as we had bought it on our bed frame before and never could get it replaced while under warranty, will never shop at mattress firm again

Jonathan McGee was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and offered a good deal that meet my needs. I was surprised that my order placed on Thursday afternoon would be delivered on Saturday. I expected it would take a week or longer.

Hopeton was amazing in getting us a new mattress. He was honest, thorough and patient as we took our time selecting. Johnathan aided Hopeton as well and definitely helped with our selection.
