Great customer service experience and great price on Sleepy full size mattress in stock and ready to take home. Jonathan was wonderful to work with. He explained all of our options and found the perfect one for us. I also really appreciate that he interacted with my son too, since it will be his mattress. Generally satisfied. Salesman seemed knowledgeable and was accommodating and helpful. Mislead by company policy for free delivery but large setup fee. Quality of product over time is a concern.

Literally the best mattress shopping experience I have ever had. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness and sincerity. The manager James is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly individual. He was blunt and honest about his products and really helped us pick out the perfect mattress. I do not have words to express how pleasant and stress free the experience was. I don't care where you live, come to the Brenham TX mattress firm to purchase your bed. This man (James) deserves all the recognition he can get. Thank you for your help, thank you for your patience, and thank you for helping us get the sleep we need. You sir have my business for life. James, the manager, was absolutely incredible helping us find several mattresses. He listened to our needs and our budget. His service is top notch and he is incredibly knowledgeable in all the products. I would recommend James and his store to ANYONE!
