The next day, I went into the store to try a few similar mattresses, and James carefully explained the differences between them so I could make an informed decision.

What really stood out to me was that when I was ready to purchase, he actually encouraged me to explore whether my current mattress warranty could help pay for a replacement. That showed me he was more concerned about doing what was in my best interest than simply making a sale.

Unfortunately, my mattress didn't qualify for a warranty replacement, so I returned and completed my purchase. Throughout the entire process, James made everything easy and stress-free. I felt educated, cared for, and confident that my needs came before the sale.
