Bless their hearts, like honestly they all seem very nice but need to work on communication at the very least. Although I spoke to the actual yard guy today and he still didn't do what i asked when I called 3 hours before to give them plenty of time to tie my order up. I actually had to make 2 trips because the worker Friday made it seem like a huge inconvenience to tie my $5000+ order up then. My original large payment I was once told I hadn't made 😅 (sure gone from my account)and that another employee was sending me a link to pay. I am the most uncomplicated customer and this was the most stressful transaction I've ever made and mostly because I was trying to keep my cool for 75% of the time. This is really just to remind them to slow down I guess. Idk it seems there is some disorder or disconnect somewhere. Ill probably be sticking to Lowes or Home Depot, unfortunately this was the only store with this panel size. Edit seriously I guess I should've checked how they loaded it this time. Just figured it was common sense to curve the panels up on the metal back gate instead of setting the front on my jack a foot away from my truck bed 🫠😡

Every time I get to the store a red haired woman (Angella)( don’t know last name) but she is always disrespectful and no help she need to do her job or figure out what her job is. She is rude and unpleasant.

I was very impressed with the customer service Jacob provided. He was personable and patient. He helped us find our AG exemption when we weren't able to find it and gave us the paperwork to attach it to our account. The service out in the lumber yard was great too. We were able to get our lumber and get on with our day and our project.

Great place to buy building supplies, great customer service inside the store, very friendly too, the outside yard could use better customer service, some are great but one older guy doesn't have it as I bought lumber and he didn't even check the wood! He just grabbed lumber and refused to load it, he said that he is done in 15 minutes he handed it to me to load!

Check out was fast. Thank you, Jacob B for taking time to take me to the yard to look at the stairs before purchase and thank you, Anthony, for your amazing delivery service (within 1.5 hrs of purchase). McCoys has always been a friendly and professional to work with and their quality exceeds the bigger box stores.

Great customer service. Thanks Ashley. They ordered me a specialty size base board moulding which nobody carries in stores. The price was more than 30% less than Lowes and Home Depot. They also allowed me to order 1 piece instead of the minimum of 2 from the competitors saving me $50. Thanks again for making it easy

I accepted a job from the Brenham, TX location. I was in the job market and was offered a better opportunity and I accepted due to having children to provide for. I was told by this store manager to never apply here again and he hung up on me out of anger simply because I accepted a higher paying position. Very immature in my opinion and he should know this is not standard practice across the workforce.
