The lady I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. I had been ordering from them for over 5 years. I changed companies and they even delivered to my house so I guess it was for best. If you have other options, choose the other.

Overpriced! Charged me $120 for a CPAP nasal pillow fitting and hose that was available on-line for $75-80. As my old hose had broken, I didn't have much leeway and sucked up the exorbitant price!

We camped in Lake Somerville for 3 nights and I forgot to pack my c-pap power cord. If I don’t use it every night then Medicare wouldn’t cover it. Not only did Medi-Care Equipment Specialties have one, they gracefully loaned it to me for no charge. A new one would cost $90. The staff was so nice. Thank you all!

This place is awesome!! I went thru a horrible 2 months with a company starting with a L _ _ _ _ _ _. But Medi-Care Equip. Specialties ANSWERS THEIR PHONE, and Dee that does the sleep apnea machine stuff is Pleasant, very helpful, and answers/returns calls!! So yes I drive from Waller to Brenham, BUT THIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTH IT!!!

Sandy, or whom ever the woman was that answered the phone, was nasty as hell. Hopefully her looks make up for her lack of personality. Seemed decent for the first 20 seconds of call, and then when i asked for possible direction finding a place where i may be able to find a neb filter that fit, she was all of a sudden super snotty and said "sorry lady i can't help you. i don't do that" and hung up the phone. Many patients would be even more frustrated just by listening to her arrogant attitude. May karma kick her ego out for her own sake.

We were referred from Baylor Scott & White for a few items for my husbands ACL injury. We were told how great this place was, and how they would fit the knee immobilizer to my husband before we left. Kristy (Christy?) helped us. I guess you could call it helping? She was extremely rude, and offered almost no assistant without being prompted. The two stars is for the amount of large stock of great items in the store, but the missing three are for the horrible experience.

8 months ago I had been prescribed a CPAP machine for moderate to sever apnea, at the time I could not afford the machine. Fast forward to today and I get another call from Carol asking if I had found a solution which I sort of had (a family member gave me a cpap they didn't use anymore). She had me bring it in, programed it for me, spent about an hour at the end of the day showing me ever feature and sold me the needed accessories for a very reasonable price. I can not speak highly enough of Carol and this business.
