“Our favorite stop in Brenham. It’s always worth the trip. We’ve even converted our extended family who now orders regularly from out of state via their online shop. Ballad of the Bird Dog is all around amazing and we can’t say enough positive things about the staff, the quality of the goods, and the sweet sweet dogs.”

“Best combination of tack and western wear around. I really like this store and have never had any issues with service or selection. Even though it's about an hour away, I go several times a year to pick up tack. The clothes (and bar) are a bonus. They also have a great selection of boots, including snake proof hunting boots.”

“Rack Room Shoes has a Foot Whisperer in assistant manager Steven! Steven showered my mother with patience, kindness and care while finding good shoes for her to try on her challenging to fit feet. He even applied heel grips until she felt comfortable with the fit and helped her choose socks she loved instantly! I thought service like Steven's went out in the '60s but you can find it here.”
