“I was greeted the second I walked in. Drae Metz was excellent, friendly, professional, patient, kind and thorough! I just moved here and he helped me switch to ATT. My old carrier was terrible, to say the least, to deal with, but he took care of everything so well! I'm sure he needed a well deserved break AND lunch break when I left because my old carrier took up a lot of his time, but he was always positive! Even Manny, the manager, was great! He runs the store superbly! This store is top notch! I will definitely recommend it to everyone and I look forward to future visits with them! Outstanding customer service!”
