I dropped my clothes off last month, went to pick them up this week and they have no idea where they are. They are not even concerned about the whereabouts of my article of clothing are. I am so angry and upset. I dropped of about 15 pieces that were expensive shirts, dresses and pants that can not be replaced! I will never again is this cleaners and I hope everyone else thinks twice before trusting them. They haven’t heard the last of me. I will get my clothes back or money that I had spent on the clothing. Some of the clothing pieces I had only worn once!! Do not use this cleaners!

They have lost at least 15 pieces of clothing and have not done a thing. Not sure if they are really looking. I have contacted BBB to report them and to help get my items or to be reimbursed if not found. I only had worn 90% of the pie one time. Very disappointed and very upset with the way this business has handled my situation. I have only received one phone call telling me they will look for the items and keep me updated, that was a week ago. How can they loose all 15 pieces I just don't understand. i believe someone took them. I will not quite giving negative ratings. I want everyone to be aware of how this company runs their business. I haven't even heard from the owner which I have tired to reach out to.
