I called this store because I wanted to know if they had live sand in stock. I checked online and it said it was there but I called just to double check. I didn’t get their name but it was a male with a horrible attitude. I asked my question they didn’t even answer it they just hung up on me. Get better employees who actually want to work.

Kind, fast service. I do wish they would ask first if you like the glands expressed during a groom. The grooming option I chose, a bath and brush, specifically said it came with gland expression, my whole point in even booking the service. But upon pick up we were told it wasn’t completed because we didn’t “request it”. There was never an option to request it because it should’ve been included in the service that literally says it’s included. Kind of annoyed about that since the whole point of booking it was for the gland expression. I shouldn’t have to ask, if it’s literally stated in the services provided. If I’m paying for a service I expect the WHOLE service.
