I didn't have an appointment, but stopped in to see if they could help because my headlight went out. They immediately helped me & found out that it was not only my bulb, but the connection had melted. He told me, after looking to see if they had one, that I could go pick one up down the street & bring it back so he could fix me up. I did & was treated very nice & professional too! All good! Will highly recommend them as I will use them again!

My daughter stopped in to have her car checked. Initially she was told it would cost about $100 to fix. In the end I had to pay over $250 , and all they did was replace a vacuum hose and PCV valve - about $30 worth of parts that they charged over $65 for. A competent mechanic should be able to replace that is 30 min, not the 90 min labor they charged. They also charged an additional hour of labor to send a mechanic to get the parts at $75, when a courier service could have gotten them for $20. Your car will get fixed, but you will pay through the nose for it.
