We absolutely love the cabins and the atmosphere here at Scenic Hill. In fact, it’s the only vacation spot that my hubby and I agree on. We have been coming here since 2020- discovered it quite by accident during the pandemic- and have returned here several times a year since then.
We have tried all the cabins that have hot tubs- and we love them all. They are all similar in that the beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is always stocked with breakfast items and coffee, and there’s plenty of DVD’s to enjoy… but they are each different and unique.
My fave is the Homestead- I love the upstairs tv room and the history behind that cabin. And the cows in the field that come right up to the fence! My hubby’s fave is the Oasis- with its modern feel and massage table. We love that no matter which cabin we choose, we have our own porch with hot tub. Other cabin rentals have a hot tub on site for all the guests to use together :0
Finally, the hosts- Jenny and Brad are incredible. They must love what they do. They put so much into it- the personal touches like the welcome note when you arrive, and the home baked muffins, and switching the movies around. They are so easy to get in touch with- before, during and after your stay if you need anything.
Honestly, every time we leave we start deciding on our way home when we are going back. Lol. Life is hectic, but having a fave place to get away to when you need it is such a comfort and joy in this crazy world!

Perfect getaway! We stayed at the Veranda. It was incredible. Get place to getaway and reconnect with each other. The owners thought of everything. Loved having my morning coffee hearing the rooster and birds. The property is beautiful and very well kept. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Scenic Hill twice now in the last few months and plan to make it a regular getaway. Both the Meadow’s Edge and The Veranda were beautiful cabins. We love the solitude and being in nature as well as the care that is given by the staff. The breakfast in the fridge and the special pecan muffins are an awesome treat. If you need to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, you need to visit Scenic Hill Retreat. You won’t want to leave!

This was the perfect cabin to relax away from the city life and for peace and quiet. It was clean, everything was ready when we got there and breakfast items in our fridge! It’s close enough to town to run and grab things if needed, this cabin was absolutely perfect & charming. We will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at the a scenic Hills Retreat. I surprised my husband for our 13th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely beautiful. I especially loved all the small details that were added to the cabin. Such as: q-tips (forgot mine!), cotton balls, breakfast, salt and peppers, games…etc. it just made it extra special. We will definitely be back.

The cabin retreat was everything we wanted. Private and we'll stocked. We wanted for nothing and loved every moment. The massage table was great, the jacuzzi was clean and the woods were woody.

This was our first time here and a perfect get away which I surprised my wife for her birthday.
Next time we will choose one not near the road you can hear the traffic. But we enjoyed the quiet time. The banana muffins were absolutely delicious and breakfast was great. We definitely will return again.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway at the Grand Spa cabin. The cabin was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The cabin is very roomy and clean. The owners have thought of everything from games to essentials. We went for a walk around the property and enjoyed the nature. It is close enough to town if you need something. We will be back for sure!

We stayed in the Tree House. Absolutely loved it. It was pretty chilly so we couldn't take full advantage of all the lovely provisions the Tree House had. I want to go back when it's warmer and we can enjoy the bed swing downstairs and the bistro set and porch swing on the front porch. That being said, the room was wonderful! We loved the view! Being above the trees was beautiful, unlike any place I've stayed before. The kitchen had all the things you would need for cooking. I love the rustic decor and feel. They even provided breakfast supplies in the fridge, you just can't beat that! We took a small speaker with us and enjoyed music and dancing because it was like having our own very own dance floor. We loved every minute of our stay. Definitely plan to go again.
