I’ve been calling for 3 weeks straight and still can’t get a hold of anyone , I keep getting the voicemail which says they will get to me soon … I don’t know how anyone can run their business without getting back to the customers that call them for weeks and still now response….. looks like customer service is their last concern….

Good trailer but paint comes off in two years and rusted holes within 5 years. You will lose your value and can’t resell. You will lose 22k within 5 years

My mom & me have been hotshotting for 10 yrs. We both know our trucks very well. All we wanted done was a bumper swap on two identical make and model trucks. I put the front end replacement and back bumper on the dually in my driveway and it took me maybe an hour or an hour and a half tops. These guys wanted to down my tow pig for an entire day and my personal truck until the next day. This is with an appointment too. So because he wanted to take advantage of my mom who's a nice lady and may seem a little naive, they will not only be losing this job, they'll be losing business working on ALL of our trucks and trailers in the future. Now I'm headed down to Houston to apologize to my boys at Master Hitch on Glenmont for even considering going elsewhere. Master Hitch not only took the job on short notice, they said they'll have em both done in a few hours! I hate leaving bad reviews but I woke up too early to be handed a plate of b.s.

Bought 4 trailers from Joe, 32 ft 2 car trailer 48 ft lite. 40ft and a 48 ft low pro. One of the trailer have 750,000 miles. Well built trailers. Use them every day. Update Joe no longer works there.
