This RV Resort is absolutely beautiful. There are many imenities to explore and enjoy. Plenty of shade, big swimming pool, etc. There are 2 ponds with shade trees and chairs to relax in. Friendly atmosphere. Clean. Highly recommended.

The staff here is the BEST. Everyone is kind and considerate of your needs. The amenities are luxurious and everything is convenient. The views are gorgeous. Between the ginormous trees, the big Texas skies, and the neighboring cows, you are bound to have a wonderful experience.

This is a really nice park to visit, Ashley at the front desk makes everyone welcome and at home. Miss Bonnie is a sweat-heart that is always willing to help.
Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing amenities. Very welcoming upon arrival and we couldn’t have had a more relaxing weekend. Maintenance does need to be more on top of the bath houses on holiday weekends but that would be my only slight complaint.

A great stay we had.
The place and people were all 5 star.
Clean paved sites. Pool was so nice.
Bathroom clean.
The young lady at the register desk was very nice and helpful.
I'd give it 4.5 stars because there was some road noise from Hwy 36 so get a site away from creek/pond area. (Lower number lots).
Some ants at site.
The office/store is not open early/ late.
Easy after hour check in.
Very nice.

What an amazing Brenham gem! We booked a month-long stay while our house was being renovated and although we were happy to get back home, we were SO SAD to leave this beautiful spot! From the wonderful, welcoming ladies at the front desk to the beautiful clubhouse (which smells AMAZING!) to the sparkling pool and stunning views - everything here is just perfect. The amenities can't be beat, the location is so convenient, and the staff are the best. Be sure you check out the Hey Bar-n, too! Perfect for grilling burgers and having a family hangout session, complete with corn hole, darts and shuffleboard!

Beautiful new park with concrete pads and wide spots with just a short drive downtown. Few mature trees for shade but there are covered spots. Very scenic area with an awesome clubhouse, pool and hot tub and the park is very well run. We loved it and this will always be our go-to spot when visiting Brenham!

They put us in the wrong site. I had to call the office and bring it to their attention. They made it right. But I'm not sure with computerization and a confirmation how that could have happened. Very nice campground. Very friendly personnel. I'm sure they'll work out the kinks. Maybe we were one off.

We stayed in a pond/lake view on a ‘back-in’ f/h for a 31.5 Keystone T/T. The pad chosen was a bit more secluded bec we know the place is new and didn’t know if they’d be busy. Plus we have dogs and I noticed this row of pads all back up to a lower flatter and more secluded area where one can fish-that’s impt to this family ! Plus, just as impt are our dogs and the selection of the rear rv back in sites was a great place for our dogs to go all while being very close to the camper while not bothering anyone else . Watch for rattle snakes tho-there are signs posted ?hubs was a bit nervous. The camp ground is “luxury”; as well as, very pretty and quiet . All the pads are in a decent distance from the Great-room / Rally Room/ Club House. They have a Keurig supplied with coffee & all accoutrements , individualized and very bathrooms , a work station in a separate work room , the onsite showers and bathrooms are wonderful .It seems that even tho the place is new and wasn’t super busy , that there are already some longer term RV-ers taking advantage keeping their RV there . All the pads seem tilted with a slight slope . We had to use leveling 2-3 blocks on the drivers side of the t/t . The hooks up work nicely-no issues . One draw back was there are some observable run off issues . Specifically , as the great room /club house are built up on a hill . Aesthetically it is nice to see a grassy-steep hill leading off the back of the great room /panoramic “The Porch” b/c here is where the view is raised above the lakes- ponds and camp grounds . But when ya have two cups of hot coffee in your hands and/or towels to go to the very very hot tub and pool it can be a bit tricky for youngsters and older folks , especially anyone in a wheel chair , anyone with ailments , limited -slowed mobility . The closest lower-gradient slope, to get into the great room, is all the way down the campground roads to around the front side of the the camp ground . And if you’re one of the folks whom cant climb the steep grassy slope in a dry date then on a damp or rainy say ya won’t make it . Which it was damp and rained the last day we were there ….so the grass slope is super tricky .It was dry Saturday& my mom wasn’t having a real difficult time going up the steep hill but she chose to not go that route up to the hot tub. So she opted to go all the way around to the front of the great room to get to the pool&hot tub area . Which is gated and is very nice w/plenty of loungers and shade to use . The hot tub was our fave part . Especially for mom and the hubs . The run off issue observed was when mom walked around the side of the clubhouse and that path was all sandy, it was a lower slope tho but it was slippery & with her recent knee replacement she had to be super careful where she stepped while wearing sandles bec & didn’t have athletic shoes on . It looks like run off occurs at that spot often and with no grass or rubble , pebbles rocks , cemented sidewalk /pathway the ground is unstable, sinks allot and is slippery . Maybe considering cementing it over , putting pebbles or rocks there with a sidewalk to allow folks with any mobility issues to enter the club house from that side of the porch more easily . A sidewalk would be beneficial to parents with strollers and general public for quicker access via the back of the property from where the RVs sit then up to the pool and clubhouse .Sit on “The Porch” , drink their coffee ‘ which I enjoyed allot with the breeze . One can see the whole property . There are clusters of oak trees strung with Edison type light bulbs around the permitter of their branches. One tree is to the right of the great room & the other is down the back side of the property next to the ponds -this one has a picnic table Which was where we were . Those were super nice to see at dark ! Be a great place to bring your chairs to sit and visit . We didn’t get to use The Barn, but it looked like a place we’re going to use next time , we saw shuffle board there too. We did use the pool , h/t, and played pool in

Beautiful campground and super nice staff! Really enjoyed our stay there and hope to go back. Very clean facilities with lots to do. Especially loved the pickleball courts.
Nearby activities: Really nice pickleball courts in the rv park, and loved the Hey Bar-n. Played games there every night. Very close to parks in town and a short drive to downtown.
Safety: I liked that the park entrance gate was closed after certain hours and could only be opened with guest code.

Hill Top is the nicest place we've wintered in over a decade of rv travel. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is great.
