About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is slow but helpful, with kind and efficient staff. Customers report friendly and observant workers who are thorough in catching errors. The line can be short at mid-morning, allowing people to get in and out quickly. The environment is noted as not crowded during that time. Some staff maintain a good attitude even when facing issues like a broken air conditioner.

Great customer service. They had two agents so the line went very fast.

Always busy but very friendly and jokes with you so you feel at easy.
I’m sure there are other times that are not as busy but with my schedule I always hit the busy time 😆
