Went in for an oil change. Paperwork says they checked all my fluids, checked wiper blades and air pressure in tires. Didn't do any of that. Changed oil and that's it. Dang sure charged me for full service though! I'll never go back there again!

My wife and I recently had our oil changed in two vehicles at Valvoline Express Care in Brenham simultaneously. The guys were prompt, courteous and did a good job. We appreciated the service.

The Valvoline in Brenham TX did an oil change on my sons car, admittedly, they accidentally double gasket’d the car and the oil drained out while my son was using the car at night. The engine is now dead and needs to be replaced, despite admitting fault, the company is refusing to pay for the damages or allow me to speak to anyone other than the store manager in the company about the situation. After seeing several other recent complaints for customers I would suggest you stay far away from this business if you value your car.

Says the open at 8am Saturday. Waited until 830 on Nov 1st and there were 3 employees hanging out front waiting for someone to open the doors. Finally left with 2 other customers. Poor communication, no lone said anything. If you're not going to open at 8am change the times on the website.

I would give ZERO stars is I could! I was there Monday, October 21 for an oil change. An unsecured door that was literally taped to the wall fell on my car and damaged it while they were changing the oil. The guys just laughed at me when I asked to speak with their manager and refused to give me his name. I called the Brenham Police, but was told it is a civil matter. I got an estimate for the damage which came to approximately $1,300.00. NO ONE from the company has contacted me and now I must take legal action.

I’ve been to this place two or three times and that was more than enough. They have the worst customer service and they all look like they couldn’t care less about serving you. They didn’t show me my oil stick to confirm that my oil was full and had an attitude when I asked to see it. The first time we went they closed the doors on us at 4:40 and said they were closed. It clearly says they close at 5:00. This place needs better workers all the way around. I will never come back to this place.

Had my oil and filter changed at this place and they failed to install the filter properly and the gasket blew out and I lost all my oil!! Luckily my alarm went off before my engine got damaged or at least I don’t think it was damaged. Went there two time to get reimbursed and the owner denied the refund through his so called manager. Owner doesn’t have the guts to call me and tell me why he’s not man enough to accept the responsibility of their bad installation.. all I can say is don’t do business there!!!

Are there zero stars? Drained my oil. Took off my filter THEN realized they didn't have either the oil or filter. Made me borrow a friend's truck and drive an hour to get the parts THEY should have made sure they had. Oh, and then charged me for labor. Yea

All the men there didn't seem to be in any hurry. I was charged for a filter that I didn't see them change out. I would have said something. But the kid who put oil in my truck walked away to smoke his vape and start talking to the other guys there. Finally he said hey yall move, y'all are good to go. After we had been sitting there for a while. I will not be back to get my oil changed from this company. $99 for an oil change and filter, I'll bring my business somewhere else. This was my first and last time there. I wouldn't recommend this place.
