Went in to check a few things on my bill walked out saving $10 but when I came back to upgrade the employee from before had illegal moved around payments and such without my prior knowledge or consent. Corporate told me to just let it be, and when I went in a week about to discuss some issues even the other employees had a hard time understanding what this employee did to my phones and plan but essentially he dropped some devices I was still paying on and dumped it back onto my phone so no upgrades for me I suppose thanks whoever you were ?.

Been in this store several times, only once have I received reasonable customer service. Today was my last time. Just needed a new glass protector. When I went in there were three staff members…they were not helping anyone. One was gabbing with a potential new hire. Another was ordering food and that’s the one who finally acknowledged I was there. Waited for him to finish his food order. Asked for a glass cover. He got one and then fumbled around on the computer. Then went to talk to another staff member. He came back and said it’d be a moment because he couldn’t get logged in. He began doing something on his phone, which I assumed wrongly had to do with his being signed in so he could ring me up. He set his phone down, so I asked how long it would be. “Oh it’ll be a while, I have to call in.” So why wasn’t he fixing the problem, having someone else ring me up, or at least tell me you’re not going to help me!! I walked out empty-handed with the glass protector still sitting on the counter. Unbelievable.

Well I thought this place was better than the rest??? NOPE now 2 times I have made changes to my account and purchased devices and Gateways. Prices were explained multiple times I spoke to a "manager" making sure what my husband said was correct. NOPE..Bill comes and they lied again! SO frustrating

Meh, went in to split our joint phone service. Even though I half paid. Because it was in her name she got all the perks. Me zilch... Also, what they sell you is not the real price.. beware!
