What is up with the extremely rude pharmacist with the bow tie and beard?? Asked him a question and literally just walked away. I understand some questions may seem "beneath" you to answer, but that is YOUR job description as well. The technician can not answer question about medication. VERY rude pharmacist.

My fiancé works for door dash and he had went into the store to complete an order for a customer and there were a few items in the store that he couldn’t find that was on the list and he asked the guy that was working tonight if he could help him and the guy working said “we don’t help DoorDashers”, and was very unprofessional. Door dashers are customers as well please treat them with respect. This happened tonight 4/30/2023

Chad at the photo counter is always so helpful, not just in photo but anywhere he sees customers in the store. He makes the check out process a breeze.

The pharmacy is as unprofessional as they come, use H‑E‑B or Walmart. I was told over a week ago my meds were "indefinitely back ordered" and I needed to call my DR and have them sent elsewhere. So I did just that. Now I have the other pharmacy calling to tell me they can't fill it, because WALGREENS already did on the 16th. But WALGREENS never notified me...So I contact them and encounter the RUDEST tech, telling me "they don't make the pills there" (WELL OBVIOUSLY) and "she don't know why they ain't called me". And I'm just trying to find out if they actually have my medicine or not. Then tells me she's putting my prescription back and hangs up. The Pharmacist AND store manager both stand behind this and refuse me my meds I'm already a week behind on because of them and they've already filed it on my insurance. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. SHAME ON YOU ALL. I will be in touch with corporate over this.

Mr. Kevin at the photo counter provided me with one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. He was rude, ignored me, served others before me even though I waited patiently at the counter while he had his back turned to me for 10 min.

Multiple times they have not had my prescription ready, even after given more than enough time to fill it. Extremely aggravating for someone who doesn’t live in town.

Terrible service in the pharmacy, had a prescription called in and waited a day for my “issue with insurance provider” to be cleared up. Woke up the next day and still had “issues”, once I called them they said they would have my prescription ready after lunch (2:30) upon calling at around 1. They said nothing about any issue when I had called, I just had to wait for the prescription I needed until I told them I needed it. Almost looks to me like they were just being lazy.

Incredibly overpriced products, always a very long slow line to pick up scripts. I just now watched someone try to use the right hand lane, only to see the red transport box get stuck halfway up the pole! So, of course instead of two slow car lanes, we have one super slow lane. And I can't go inside because I've got a sleeping toddler in the backseat. Get it together, Walgreens!

The products at his Walgreens are incredibly overpriced. I will not shop here for that reason. I need some children’s vitamins for my son and need them ASAP so I went to Walgreens. They were TEN dollars more than where I normally buy them. Thankfully I was able to go across the street to H‑E‑B and the vitamins for ten dollars cheaper. Also, the hours for their pharmacy are awful. I hope the adjust that in the future.

I scheduled a covid vaccine. I followed the directions in the email, showed up on time, and was denied my vaccine. They said my federally issued US passport was not valid ID. The email I was sent clearly stated I was to bring ANY form of government issued ID. The pharmacist asked why I didnt have a drivers license and I said that was not walgreens business. She promptly walked away and steadfastly ignored me, which I thought was rude, because vaccine or not I still had an appointment. Apparently, they have no idea how to send me a $0 bill for my free vaccine without my state ID. I'm not even sure how this is legal since the employees clearly stated several times that the vaccines were being provided by the federal government. So thanks walgreens for wasting 4 hours of my Easter Sunday.

Just finished our 2nd Covid vaccine shots at Walgreens Brenham, Tx , The staff at this store is excellent. They are very responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. They made what can be a stressful experience very comfortable. The entire process was carried out without any issues and it is clear that they are well prepared to deliver the Covid shots. We have shopped at a fairly large number of Walgreens in our travels. Clearly the excellent staff at this store ranks them among the best Walgreens. Great Job.
