The staff at the counter of the pharmacy is very conscientious and do take the time out to actually listen to you if you have an issue with the store or simply something going wrong in your life. It is good that they now have the time posted of their lunch breaks during the day. (the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM for lunch). as well as their actual operating hours.

The short lady with strawbery blonde hair has a nasty attitude, she acts as if she owns the place talks down to customers. She needs remedial customer service skills as well as cultural sensitivity training. She really should not be servicing the public in any capacity especially in a pharmacy. I would post her name but she had her name badge on backward. I won't use this pharmacy again unless management rectify the problem

There needs to be a negative star review!Twice now they have refilled the wrong prescription and given my husband the Freestyle Libre 1 when he no longer uses it. The first time we had to eat it as insurance would not cover the correct one since we’d gotten the 1 and Walmart pharmacy would not take it back. They said then that they would remove that prescription so it would not happen again. IT DID! Except this time my husband got home, opened the bag and trusting that this pharmacy did their job, applied his sensor(8.21.23) for those of you who do not know how a CGM works it’s a painful stick in the muscle and it inserts a test strip that allows his sugar to be continuously monitored. The pharmacist apologized and said he would replace it free of charge and override the cost and he also verified that they in fact DID NOT remove the freestyle libre 1 prescription. He told me call the next day (8.22.23) and be sure to come to the pharmacy to get the replacement as he would be on vacation the following week. We did and guess what? He wasn’t there. I spoke to a Kim who said there was nothing she could do and to call back tomorrow…meanwhile my TYPE 1 Diabetic husband is without a sensor and with his type of occupation he cannot check it with a meter often hence why we use a CGM. None of them were helpful that day and quite rude with the mistake being on their part for the second time in a row. I moved all my husband’s meds to Walgreens and insurance was nice enough to correct Walmart pharmacy’s mistake and authorize a refill for the correct sensors from Walgreens. Thank God. We need a competent pharmacy as these are not vitamins or antibiotics these are literally the medications and instruments that keep my husband alive. Never again.

Nice people.. I'm a little ticked off though. Need to change your hours online! Came to get my mom's meds when I got off work.. online it says y'all close at 9... Inside it says 7. NOT COOL.

My mom went to pick up her HEART medication tonight. 10 minutes till close, prescription was suppose to be ready. She showed up to get it and he WOULD NOT give it because IT WAS NOT FILLED. Absolutely ridiculous, this is heart medication. Is this common practice?
