I’m from out of town , realized I didn’t pack a few very important things our family of 6 needed for the night, showed up at 1045pm 15 mins before closing , rushed got the less then 10 items we needed showed up at 1058 and the self check out had a no crossing line blocking us from getting to self check out , I was asking a worker behind the tape if they were closed already , she was busy working on shutting down the machines I guess so I walked further down to see if anything else was open I get back to self check out and a another worker was looking at me saying “sorry we are closed I made several announcements “ I explained to her what happened and she said “I don’t know what to tell u but you can’t check out “ I asked sense it’s only a few items if it would be ok and they just walked off looking at me and telling other workers that walked by “I don’t see why they are standing there they are not checking out” , I completely understand if I showed up at 11:05 or even 11:01 but by the time they told me no and walked away and just watched us we could’ve been checked out and walking out , so I just left my basket there and walked out . Now everything is closed in town and have to wait til the morning . For this I will not be coming back to Walmart in Brenham and will go shopping at HEB in the morning. The young lady working self check out absolutely worst customer service , she clearly ignored me until someone asked her about why I was standing there. If the checkouts lock u out at 10:59 that’s all u had to say.

It's an okay place. They don't have several things I was used to buying before moving to Brenham. But, it's good enough. I also use delivery alot and they are usually on time. Everyone so far has been really nice...
