Worthless bank. Wont answer phone calls good luck getting anything done if you dont have an appointment. One good lady there that actually helped us. The others were to busy doing nothing. Literally just looking at us. We were told we were suppost to get the 300 credit twice. Then we were told its because we were put on the wrong account...and im suppost to trust yall with my money. Still Never recieved it. I will never use wells fargo again. Switching asap to a bank that understands its the people's money that keeps them in business.

Very poor customer service. We had tried to call this branch to book an appointment, they wouldn’t answer their phones. So my husband made the appointment online. Their website must have been down bc even though it showed us it was booked, it wasn’t. We drove 30 min to this branch. When we arrived they told us to sit and wait. Finally someone comes over, she is rude off the bat. She then proceeds to automatically assume we didn’t book an appointment, when she checks and sees it’s not there she comes back and in shorter words says “that sucks” she didn’t offer a solution, she basically said you don’t have an appointment and we have another one at 11 so you can’t be seen or helped. Very poor customer service. Not sure what her name was but she needs some training on proper treatment and helping customers.Won’t return to this branch.

My mother went to this location after the loss of my sister, her youngest child, to close my sister's account. A few weeks ago my mother met with a woman for about half an hour who said everything was taken care of... My mother just had to wait 30 days after the death and bring in the death certificate before they would let her get the money out of the account. She waited a few extra days just in case. She went in today and they would not give her the money out of my sister's account. All of a sudden, they wanted more information about my sister and refused to do anything unless my mother made an extra appointment for a different day because they didn't have enough employees to help her... My sister had no spouse or children. Wells Fargo has NO right to keep this money any longer. Legally in Texas, it belongs to the deceased parents NOW. Horrible customer service to someone who just lost a family member. Not only was this wrong and unprofessional, but insensitive, rude, and callous. I will absolutely never use this bank!

I received excellent customer service on 3 20 2019. I had an issue with my debit card and Angela who was at the next window called me over and said "Mr. Lang I can help you" and she did! Service is always good but this was exceptional !
