I have had nothing but good service from BC Automotive. They have repaired an oil leak and replacement of rack and pinon on my Honda Odessey. They have kept me updated and price wise All automotive places are high ??♀️ will use them again.

Had to bring my truck back multiple times because the repair was bad and check engine light came on every time. Finally took my truck to the dealership to realize the problem is BC automotive put the wrong part on my truck and cost me over $2,000 worth of repairs in the process. Also, took my son's car (at the same time). They continued to "fix" his car eventhough just like my truck the check engine light came on with each fix. I told him to stop bringing it there, but they kept saying it is under warranty and free to come back after a $3,000 plus fix. A week later his engine blew. Best of luck!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys at this shop were very honest and helpful. They don’t nickel and dime you. I brought my car there thinking that there was an electrical issue because Modica Bros couldn’t figure out how to change my headlight. They took a good look at my car and only needed to change the headlight. They also had a good conversation with me about my upcoming road trip to make sure my car is in good shape. Definitely recommend this shop!Service: Auto maintenance

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I would. Our truck broke down while we were 1000 miles from home pulling an rv behind to take our kids to church camp. Bryan told us to bring it in and even told us a good tow company. From start to finish they took care of us like family. I cannot even begin to explain our gratitude. I read another review from a guy complaining about him telling someone else to bring their car in when his wasn't done yet. I bet this guy has never stopped to consider the circumstances or to consider anyone other than himself. If they hadn't taken our truck in and fixed it (and personally drove over 3 hrs roudnd trip to pick up the parts) we would've been stuck with no way home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, and I pray God blesses you richly for your kindness.

Brought my vehicle in and they stated that it was either the catalytic converters or O2 sensor, of course they start with the more expensive option first, this part went fine as it was completed while I was out of town. Pick my truck up and later that day check engine light comes on again bring it to their attention and I ask to have the O2 sensor changed, I drop off my vehicle whole I once again go out of town and inform them when I plan to be back to pick it up. Upon returning, they didn't even touch my vehicle, and states the he is short handed, as the owner just got off the phone with another individual telling them to bring their vehicle in. I can understand being short handed but if you are telling other customers to bring their vehicles in you may want to take care of the vehicles that you have already waiting to be serviced. He did not even offer a resolution to when he could get the repair scheduled.

We brought my car to them in March 2020. The needed to fix a timing belt, o2 sensor, my catalytic converter, and a few other issues. They took nearly two months to even diagnose my car and another two months to fix the problem. I did keep my car there for a little while after and also was trying to be understanding as the pandemic had hit everyone hard. I had to bring my car back to them the same day it was released to me due to the exhaust rattling bad. They tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault and to take it to a muffler shop. However, they were working on my exhaust and it wasn’t making that noise before. They said they’d check it out and of course it got fixed. A few weeks later my engine started consuming too much oil and my oil kept going low. Brought that to their attention multiple times later and they even did an oil consumption yet never really had a reason why it was doing that. The o2 sensor they replaced also failed and they had to replace it again. The car continued to run rough and lose oil. At this point I requested and received a refund on the service portion of the total balance I paid. I was going to be done with them but it kept getting worse. My car would die out and I could barely drive it. Finally after bringing it to the dealer to have a diagnosis done, they told me that the timing was off and needed to be replaced. If you know anything about timing chains, they’re very easy to mess up and will cause major engine damage. Brought it back to the shop and they changed it out, only for it to fail again and they then realized that the timing job originally done, has damaged my engine beyond repair. They tried to blame it on the part that they bought from orielly. He then told me that they would replace my engine. When that fell through due to their negligence to inspect the work they did on the timing chain, I had to hound them to replace my engine. His solution was for me to pay him back my refund and he would purchase me a used junk yard engine. Mind you, this process is now going on a year and a few months later. I was hesitant but needed my car as I have three kids and one with special needs who has therapy several days a week. After nearly a month in the shop yet again, I picked my car up last Friday. Not only did my ac stop working already. But my car won’t start again. This is absolutely horrendous. The amount of emotional stress as well as time that I’ve put into getting my car fixed is unreal.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
