Very rude, asked if I can get my car looked at and she said she wouldn’t even be able to look at it till June 1st. It’s may 20th, I just needed to see what was wrong with my AC it isn’t that hard to check it. Acting like I was going to get them to repair it. Not today, so I’m going to KOOL breeze in Orange tx. They are nice

Had an electrical issue with my wiper motor, diag was easier than expected so they actually charged me a little less than the quoted diag fee.

I'm not big on writing negative reviews at all and damn sure not for local businesses..... However, I'm sure Not real impressed. Took my vehicle to them to be diagnosed. They called me with a 1500+ dollar estimate and a myriad of parts they were recommending to replace. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc. All things that might make a vehicle run poorly, but not things that will prevent it from running. After a conversation trying to get to the actual part that was preventing the vehicle from running I am told it's the ignition control module. The part is 81.00. Their price $514. Even if they charged for the diagnosis and mark the part up 20% that's over 300 in labor to swap out a module that I literally replaced in less than 5 minutes and is held on with 2 screws and a plug. Add to the fact that they didn't get all the plug wires connected back correctly, added to the problem. Furthermore, this is the second vehicle that they've used this tactic with me on. The other one was a 2500 estimate and was essentially a nothing burger too. A lot of parts thrown at something because they seemed to lack any confidence in the actual problem. Personally, I won't be back there. Not that they might not be top notch parts changers, but I'd definitely pay close attention to the work I was getting done.

I had a sensor come on on my car and it immediately started shaking. Brought it straight to Bridge City Radiator and they diagnosed it and repaired it in no time at a super affordable price! I'll definitely be back if anything else arises.
