I've rated this place a 5 before. But recently, the past 3 times at least that I've been in, 1 of those was right after my mother passed away, and I brought 2 of my kids in with me. We all had pedicures. I think only 1 or 2 speak English, which isn't unusual for these shops. Most employees can understand English, though not speaking it. They'll just look to the one that can speak English when they don't understand what you mean. They usually do a good job. But, the gap in communication plus the rudeness when they are all speaking a different language around you, not understanding, makes me lower my rating. My last visit was the worst. I doubt I'll go back, won't say never because you never know.
I did go back, I won't go on, but yeah, total mistake.

They are the best!!! We are going to Costa Rica and I asked if they wanted to put a design on my toe. They put this cute monkey!! I love this place and everyone that works here

The individual did absolutely amazing on my nails. She was efficient and open when I spoke about fixing things on them. I had pleasant conversations personally with everyone who approached me. Although I did not appreciate the conversations that were being held behind me as they were rather inappropriate and unprofessional. Especially with children being in the salon. I would go back again, though! I got exactly what I wanted. Great nail service in particular.

First picture is what I wanted, second picture is what I got. The lady ( Ann the manager) told me that she wasn’t going to do the design and that I needed to choose something else. Whenever I chose out the colors, she told me no that they didn’t look good and that I should go with a different color, she would always criticize what I wanted until it was something that she agreed on. I felt pressured, and the customer service was frankly rude and pushy.
To add on, the whole time she would call my sister a man and call her “him”. Even after correcting her, she proceeded to do this. It is extremely disrespectful and frankly a very unprofessional establishment.
If I could get my money back I would.
Never going here again.
Requested style: The lady kept telling me she was not going to do the style that I wanted.
Cleanliness: There were nail clippings, and used Dremel bits all over the workstation, was not clean
Stylist: Ann ( the manager) she was very rude and pushy, would tell me that she wasn’t going to do a style and that I needed to pick something else out, would not let me choose my own colors instead telling me what colors I was going to get. kept calling my sister, a man.

Josie is the sweetest! She's quick and does amazing nails and eyebrows. The last set she did on me lasted me over 3 weeks! She did the prettiest Christmas set for me and I highly recommend her!

Before my wife started her pedicure she stated that she was allergic to latex and not to use a latex glove. Well we started carrying on a conversation looked down and they were using a latex glove on her foot.

I am a frequent visitor at Le Nails.I used to drive all the way to mid county to get my nails done from orangefield, but ever since I have found them, I am completely and utterly satisfied with their service and the job they do on my nails and my feet! By far the best customer service, the friendliest salon employees, and the place is clean, and they always have some good diddies playing on the radio lol. I will not go to anyone else unless I just happen to be out of state lol 100% recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done or a good mani pedi.
