The Bridge City store is the best Walgreen's that I have ever shopped at. Annabella in particular is extremely helpful and has a fantastic attitude while at work. If stores had people like her, we might never shop on line

Bridge city Walgreens used to be good. They are horrible now. Long wait times in person and on the phone. Also the staff can be rude for really no reason. I fill my prescriptions here and have been ever since Kings pharmacy closed. Our family have been considering changing pharmacies due to the rude staff and persistent issues.

I have a prescription that I need every day.Because this is a Benzodiazepine, my doctor writes a prescription for it monthly. The Walgreens in Bridge City, Texas, that I have used for years said that drug was back ordered and they have no idea when they will get it. I explained I need this drug for my well being and was told there was nothing they could do. I said I would call other pharmacies and see if it was available. They said I could do that but they couldn’t transfer the prescription. So therefore I will be without a drug that I need until who knows when. Somehow that doesn’t seem to be a good ending. I need the drug for a reason. They cannot or will not help me. I truly don’t understand.

Very rude pharmacy staff as well as other Walgreens staff. I was trying to help an elderly lady with her purchase and they were being very rude to her.

I would like to give a shout out to the most amazing team member this Walgreens has. Aimee Bui! Love this girl! She has remembered my name, face and pulls my information up for me right away. They won’t even bother to call and tell you when they can’t fill a prescription and then give you problems switching pharmacies and want to try and make you drive to another Walgreens. Incompetent.

Folks In the pharmacy seem like they don't want to be doing their job. I had rx for Tamiflu sent there I received a notification that they were out of stock. I called to transfer my rx to another store the lady on the phones says there is a national shortage. I asked could you check with the other wall greens to see if they have it. "Sir, we order all our medications from the same place if we don't have it they don't have it." Okay cool I'll find somewhere else. 5 minutes later I've located Tamiflu at another pharmacy and called back to have the rx transferred their and the guy on the phone seemed reluctant to have to do any work. Will not fill medications here again.
