Dissatisfied. After talking with a representative on the phone realized the at&t store in Bridgeport did not explain options to me that I could understand. I was able to lower my bill my bill my bill by$30. During visit a third line was added with no reason noted why. If the representative had not been as accommodating I would have dropped my at&t service. The first time I called help line the representative hung up me. Not good customer support.
