Delivered a new refrigerator during the big freeze, when no one else would. New Amana refrigerator was defective from manufacturer, but Ken's repaired it under warranty, at no additional cost to me. Recommended!

Went in to look at refrigerators. They had a nice selection of their floor. However, they were too big for the area we had, but these guys took the time to look up refrigerators with the measurements that I needed.

Came in with a broken freezer blade and was told they were on back order so the gentleman i was dealing with went out of his way to get me up in running perfectly with his replacement idea so because of that ill definitely be coming back for future purchases
