If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Dr Wendell is easily the most arrogant, rude, dismissive lady I’ve ever met. She does not deserve to be working with people who need genuine help and are ignored due to their own incompetence.

The Phys. Ast. I always see helps so so much!! I stay sick all the time and they always help me in getting the meds i need. When i was put on birthcontrol the doctor explained absolutely everything to me, all side affects, everything i needed to know. Great care!!

No follow through you must keep calling to follow up. one of the nurses gave my 96 year old Mom an injection that was drawn for another patient in the next room. That could have been deadly.

His office staff never follows thru with what they say they will! Their rude and needs to learn some quality assurance!! Would not recommend to anyone that has problems because they never follow thru in a timely manner!!

Debra Wendel, FNP-C removed a hearing aid tip from my ear canal. Doesn’t sound like much, but believe me, finding the little part was difficult and extraction took steady hands. Very courteous service by everyone on duty. I recommend your clinic to anyone looking for professional and dependable medical care.

Dr. Gilliland is a compassionate physician and community leader. He always takes time with his patients to hear their concerns and answer their questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilliland to anyone in the surrounding Jasper, TX area seeking a primary care physician!
