UPDATE: We were asked to call Bre, did so and got ghosted and this situation was never fixed. The way I see it is LUBE ZONE OWES US $700.00. Bre it would be great if you fixed this situation like you stated you would.
I used to love coming to this place, until I had an issue w the wrong filter on my 2017 Volvo VNL w Detroit 13 engine. Last time in shop they put the wrong filters on, driver got down the road out of Texas and the filters started leaking. Unfortunately the only place to change them was Freightliner, service Mgr at freightliner stated they were the wrong filters when they cross referenced them with calling Volvo. It cost us $600 to fix the issue, once fixed the truck ran better and no more oil leaking out of the filters. Spoke to Mike the manager he was nice originally he stated he would put it through his insurance and they would take care of it and to expect a call in a couples days. Never heard from Their insurance and when I called the Manager mike back he denied the claim and said those were the right filters. Freightliner and Volvo says differently and the paperwork has it stated on there.
I won't be taking my business back here anymore.
I have several pictures of the issue and invoices with dealership notes stating the oil filters were wrong and they still denied the claim.

My brother had an alignment done at this place, and within a week, his tire was completely ruined. We went to another mechanic, who pointed out numerous mistakes in the alignment. My brother had to spend a lot of money to replace the tires. We strongly advise against getting your alignment done here.

July 4, 2024…. Unfortunately the public thinks it’s a holiday but trucking doesn’t stop…. Thought we would stop and get truck serviced but called and they are closing at 1:00pm. Brookeshire Lube Zone facility. Not cool in my opinion! Happy 4th.

This is the 3rd lubezone I have been to over the past 4 years. They were fast and polite. Not as thorough as the one in Carnesville Ga but I was happy. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my receipt. Had computer issues.

These guys were the best. Drove in and they took truck right in and did a three axle alignment which had previously been done at brand x and it was eating tires. They corrected the alignment and did a grease job and had me back on road with smooth ride in less than an hour. Very professional and kind and explained what was wrong and causing issues. Just wish they open one in beaumont,Tx.

Oh, this place is great. There Alot of rollback and 18-wheelers come here. I've been coming here for years! Never fails! I like how they go to you where ever your at to show you that the oil was old and when they show you dipstick that oil is fresh. Clean waiting room with pool table. Has restrooms . Shop very clean. And employees really care about taking care of your vehicle. They show you where they grease everything. Just come here. Why look any further
