It's a small staff, and we gave them an idea of what we needed to do to our zero radius lawn tractor. We discuss what needed to be done on the phone and went over in more detail when we took the tractor over. I totally wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple of days, which was fine. We went back home and put the trailer away. We were just finishing to sit down and grab a bite of lunch when they called and said that the tractor was already ready! The only bad part, we had to dig the trailer out again, haha. But overall an outstanding experience.

I regret taking my zero turn to this place for service. You will get overcharged for unauthorized work at time of pick up..very shady. I learned the hard way..should of listened to the reviews

Can’t be more happy with my purchase of the 60” z-master yesterday, they even delivered it the same day. It cut my 4.5 acre yard in 2 hrs & 20 minutes in pristine fashion with no clumpy grass anywhere. The owner was very informative and not pushy into buying anything.

I called Brookshire Mower Sales and Repair on a Wednesday afternoon. The owner was super friendly, polite and informative. He picked up my mower the next morning at 9 am, called me with a quote at noon, I thought the price was good for all that he was going to have to do, and my mower was ready by 9 on Friday. How much better could anyone be. My last mower guy took 6 weeks to determine a different mower was not worth fixing, despite numerous phone calls. To have this one picked up, quoted, fixed and returned in 2 days, was remarkable.

I do not normally leave reviews, but want to share my experience, so that other people don't fall into the same trap. After having my mower for 2 weeks, I got called to say it was ready and the cost was $400. I enquired if it was custom for him to go ahead and do the work, without calling first and informing the customer of what was wrong, and what the cost of the repair would be. He immediately got very angry and started saying he could take everything he had done off. I tried to explain that I still needed the mower to work, but that it is custom to get a quote before you okay the work to be done. (I had some idea what was wrong and this cost a lot more than expected). He was angry and stomped around and eventually passed me on to his wife. I paid the bill and the next day the mower was delivered, complete with attitude. Not 10 minutes later I called him back as the mower was not working It kept dying He came back out ,and started giving excuses that we weren't heavy enough for the mower to etc etc. (although we've previously used the move for the past year with no difficulties). Anyway, today mower not working again.Called Brookshire and was told this time it would not be covered by warranty . So I called a different mower repair guy. He was wonderful , service oriented and knowledgeable. He had my mower fixed in 15 minutes and cost $100.

I do plenty of business with Brookshire mower sales & repair. They have always treated me fairly and have been very nice! My mowers, trimmers etc always get back to me at a reasonable time “mostly same day” and work great! Thank you for being of such great service!

RIP OFF! especially if you are a woman! and unreliable! they dont make call backs, leave you guessing and wasting your time, unprofessional, a rip off, and rude! we have choices in Brookshire which i didnt realize...dont go here! trust me! JUST noticed a review below wherein the owner responded. what does GOOD luck on getting your mower fixed mean??? what is that a threat that what you will blackball him in town? NO sir, good luck to you, nobody cares what you think! jeez! gets worse every minute!

Don't bother wasting your money by using these folks, $245 they charged and the mower still does not run! When I went to pick it up it would not start even though they said it was running, after standing there for 20 minutes listening to the owner curse he finally got it running, got it home and not RUNNING...Telling you these folks are crooks.
