There in never a person in the front of this store. No employees are of any help. One of three self-checkout registers works at a time and the employee-run register is always deserted. The only get trucks once a month it seems like. They are always out of Coka Cloa and other popular products. The isles are always cluttered and they restock carts are always, on any day, just resting in the isles. I would avoid this store if you tend to trip easily, need something quick, or are in a hurry. Just avoid it altogether. Go to Brookshire. They have a clean stocked store with great employees the know how to tcb.

Since I’ve been a DG customer the help hasn’t really been big. but ever since they got that new manager key he’s been a really nice help and make being a long time customer worth it.

I utilize this location almost daily. Today when I went to load $90 on my Netspend card I was accused by the cashier of trying to pass off counterfeit money. This was done in front of other customers and was very embarrassing. I immediately went to Prosperity Bank in Katy Texas to have the $100 bill looked at. I was told that it was not counterfeit. I called this Dollar general location back to ask them what made them think it was counterfeit and they hung up on me. Maybe you guys should invest in a marker pen that easily and quickly identifies legal tender.

Like most Dollar General Stores throughout the geographical area, this particular store is a warm atmosphere, with that southern hospitality to compliment 1that comfortable "Hometown feel."However, the constant shuffling of the stock carts tend to be a big issue if what you're looking for is behind that cart.I've personally have over looked a product due to this, or disregarded the item because it felt like I was "working" and the trouble was not worth the risks that could have resulted in injury or of others.The help, when needing direction for a particular item is 50/50. Some workers seemed bothered for being asked while others give a detailed route to the item.Another issue, when seeing the digital discounts and realizing that shortcuts are well worth the efforts, but to my dismay, you can't get reception within the store, so how do you utilize the promotions made available to the public. And finally, the public restrooms have been lagging in cleaniness and key access. So if you have stomach or bladder issues, address them before arriving.

They have what I need. The lady at cashier is nice and friendly. Prices are lower than other stores.
