I came here the other day and was helped by an older man. He was very nice and informative, very patient. We were able to get an iPhone 13 and 2 Samsung galaxy a9 tablets. All I had to do was pay 280 and that’s it. The activation process was fast and he even told us the cases were included in the price. Very good customer service and it didn’t make a BIG dent in my pocket lol

Hamza is a great guy who works diligently here. I visit this store because of him. He always helps me and goes out of the way to help all his customers. I wish, Metro had all Reps like him, who work sincerely for the betterment of the customers. I Love Metro because of Hamza. May God bless him!

The old man that works there is very rude. He actually told me that I could go to hell . They have lost me as a customer. I bought all of my phones from them. But I will never step foot in that store again. I took my business to the store in Katy off Franz road. The guys in there are a lot more helpful.
