She would notice that my unit was gone for a couple of weeks and call to make sure that everything was okay. I felt like she went above and beyond. “At first I was not happy with them because the movers arrived at 1pm, when they were supposed to get there between 9:30-10am. They later explained the situation that the original mover hurt his hand and had to go to the hospital. We understood although we did have to change plans around. When they did arrive, they took their time to wrap all the furniture very well, very securely.
They were very friendly and polite. They handled our furniture with care, which I really appreciated. They also made sure not to hit the door frames and walls in each location we were at, and we had 3 different locations to work with.
They helped me move some pieces I already had at my house to another part of the house, which they didn’t have to do, and I really appreciated that as well.
Tony and Damien were absolutely great, and they saved the day, because we had to get the move done that day.
