Why have a Dunkin Donuts if you're not gonna have coffee made. I stopped here because there's a Dunkin' Donuts here just to find they had no coffee ready. I asked a pregnant lady if they were going to make any more coffee and she said, no. Lazy crew. Not stopping here again.

The showers are neat and clean, the staff is friendly, the washroom is not working, it's a shame, it should be done urgently

Customer Service is there, because it’s a Pilot I expected better. Took a shower and it had hair in it like it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Just disappointing, a good clean shower means a lot to us out here.
