“My kids have been going to this center since we moved to Texas almost 5yrs ago! Discovery Schoolhouse has become more like a family than a daycare. One of the big differences about this center is the longevity of staff. A lot of other centers have huge employee turnover and that can disrupt our little loves with their need for consistency in their schedules. During the school year my kids are there for after care and they have so much fun. Mr Logan takes a special care into education with his lesson plans in the DC senior class. He’s helped my child immensely with his learning disability. During the summer my kids would rather go to camp than stay home. They are engaged, taught lessons, go on trips and have lots of fun on splash days. I would recommend Discovery Schoolhouse 10/10!!!”

“We’ve been attending Children’s Lighthouse of Woodcreek for about six months now, with both our 3-year-old and 9-month-old enrolled.
Every day, I’m amazed at how much my 3-year-old is learning. Today he recited the Pledge of Allegiance, and he already knows his colors, numbers, and so much more. His teachers—and the entire staff—are truly the sweetest group. It’s clear they’re genuinely invested in helping my kids learn and grow. My son looks forward to going to school every day and even asks to go on weekends. It makes me so happy to see him thriving and loving school.
Our 9-month-old started in Room 1 when he was just 4 months old, and I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate his teachers. The way they love and care for him is incredible. Every morning he lights up when he sees Ms. Silvia, and that joy gives me so much peace knowing he’s in such good hands.

“First Steps Preschool is an amazing school for many reasons! We have been happy here for 4 years now; having 3 daughters attend over the years.
The program director, staff and teachers all genuinely care for the students. The environment of the school is very positive and encouraging. I know my girls all felt very loved!
The First Steps preschool schedules, activities and lessons are great too! It's a wonderful, well-rounded program with plenty of art, music, spanish, Biblical teachings, math, social skills and outdoor playtime. I'm amazed with how much my girls learn. But more importantly than the 'school stuff' they learn, they're also learning about the love of Jesus!
We have been thankful to have our daughters here, and we'd recommend it to other families in the Katy area!!”
