Her staff has always been nothing but helpful and quick when it comes to getting you scheduled, checked-in, checked-out or making sure you speak with a vet tech or Dr. Baird when needed. Dr. Baird's love for animals is on point. She's a very direct person, but when you have an urgent situation, she provides so much compassion and care to whatever the situation may be. She helped us through a scare when we got our puppy and recently helped us send our dog, Freyja, over the rainbow bridge. Her staff was so sweet and respectful with my husband and 10 year old daughter when they had to bring our dog in.
