“Cross Creek Veterinary Hospital is a lifesaver for our furry family member, Logan. When he was referred for a bowel obstruction surgery in July, they didn't hesitate and got him in immediately. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. Logan showed improvement overnight after the surgery. A few days later, when we faced some post-surgery issues, they once again acted promptly, adjusting his medication and reassuring us. The dedication of the doctor and staff is truly remarkable. At the 10-day checkup, Logan had already bounced back, gaining weight and looking like his healthy self. Catherine, the vet tech is one of only 2 i will trust with her as they know how to deal with her. The other techs get a bit too rough IMO and it causes her to get more frustrated.Overall great care. They took us back immediately, and gave us fair pricing on the services we needed. We have been clients ever since. Most recently our Sweet Old Man, Charlie, passed away. Mason Road Vet was there to help us in any way they could. The amount of empathy and care they gave our family in our time of grief has been most comforting. “We've been taking our dogs to Pet Medical Center of Katy since we moved here over 4 years ago. Although we don't always see the same Veterinarian, our dogs have always received excellent care, and the assistants and front desk staff are always friendly. The vets and vet techs are aways willing to listen to and investigate any particular concerns you may have. In the last couple of years they have been recommending / adding "wellness exams" and mid year exams. The staff will be happy to discuss those with you and remove them if you feel they are not necessary.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer.”

“This has been the best animal hospital our family (all spread across Austin, Dallas, and Houston) has encountered. All the VCAs have their uniqueness and good reputation, but this is by far the most heartwarming, kind, thoughtful, professional and informative team we have encountered. And a special shout out to the staff on the front desk. They have always been the face of their team and continually NEVER FAIL. No matter what is thrown at them they always worked efficiently and consistently. I LOVE THIS TEAM. With 1 anxious German Shepard who struggles a lot, with 1 over-spoiled German Shepard (different than 1st) who gets upset at vet techs, and 1 Mastiff-mix who had many issues, they took care of these doggies the best no matter what.Unfortunately, I had to put down my sweet baby, Mastiff-mix last July.During the discussions of this decision I was constantly met with lots of kind and tender understanding of this terrible situation. Before and after the procedure I was given plenty of time and space to think, grieve, be with him, etc… all at my pace. This was one of the most terrible days in my life (as context; I have also had my mother pass away in my arms). I will never forget their kind presence at that moment and even before and after.They are truly heroes. Thank you to all in this team. I could never thank you all enough. In addition, I will never forget all this VCA has done for me and my family.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“Our dog Sugar was cared for by Dr. Klotz for multiple mass removals (including one on her left lower eye lid) with a teeth cleaning while she was sedated.Dr. Klotz called us with updates, explained all of her findings thoroughly and followed up when the results of the biopsies returned several weeks later.Sugar had several shaved spots but has healed beautifully and recovered completely.Our follow up with was Dr. Morgan who was equally great and thorough.We love All Pets ??”

The Vet was thorough and made sure our pup was comfortable throughout the treatment and ensured us that it is a process which may get worse before it got better. “This place took my girl right in. She couldn’t walk so they wheeled a gurney out to the car to bring her in. They were very honest about what tests they offered vs the ones that would be the most relevant. Unfortunately my baby didn’t make it, she was 13 and in heart failure, the staff gave my family all the time we needed to say goodbye and cry and gave her chicken, let me wrap her up in her favorite blanket. Then a week or so later I got a hand signed card wishing me condolences. I thought it was so sweet. Very great staff.”
