Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. They have missed three dates that THEY set to get my truck finished. It had been 3 1/2 weeks and they told me my truck would be done yesterday, now they are saying 3 more days but I don't believe them anymore.

I can't say enough good things about this body shop. Randy (the owner) was great. He worked with my insurance company & fought to get the parts that were needed to restore my car to what it was before I was T-Boned. They did an amazing paint job!! I was so pleased & relieved when I picked it up. James, who is in the front office was so kind & friendly every time I went in or called. If you have the unfortunate reason to need a body shop...you can't go wrong using this place!!

This is a unprofessional business worst I've been too I brought my car in for hail damage a while back & dey had it for a whole month den I find a red fake nail under my seat to find out they were driving my car around w/tout my permission, & wen I confronted da fat f*ck at da office he said dey used it to go pick up my parts from Lubbock complete BS don't u guys have company vehicles!!!?? Ima spread da word to my friends never to come here
