Scheduled an appointment a week and a 1/2 in advance for 8 AM right when they open. On the day of the appointment for my alignment they told me it would not be worked till after lunch. Worked with the friendly front office lady to just bring it when they were ready. Which was a minor inconvenience but nonetheless I understand. The alignment didn't take that long but when I picked up the vehicle my stabilitrack and ABS lights were on, proceeded to ask the mechanic why and they said the lights were of course not their fault but would gladly charge me to fix it. In my 8 years of personal automotive experience, I found it unprofessional and unfortunately should have driven it to lubbock to a more professional shop.

Unprofessional and expensive, found the same brand of tires, also new at their competitor down the road for almost half the price, and their more professional, and I know I can always call them for help. For KLC it's a no from me, thank you.As per your response. I have been to you 3weeks ago. And it can be seen on my maps timelime. ( Every month I get notifications for reviews on my past visits) I drive the suburban. I was looking for 265 /70 / 17's. A friendly little boy came to great me at my car. Please do not try to save your reputation by insinuating that I am the one spreading false info. I have my maps and my calls to you guys backing my review. If you want a better review maybe change your attitude towards customers. I have nothing to gain by ruining your reputation, I however do believe in giving my honest opinion, and if you feel that I am over reacting, I apologize, but I am being honest and maybe just maybe you will have more business if you're prices and communication is not as ridiculous as it was. And basically saying that I am the one lying is just making you look more guilty.PS: I have posted a screenshot of my maps showing I was there. I also added a photo of my phone call to you. Have a nice day!

Great service and prices. Had a set of new tires mounted on my vehicle. They went right to the task was very quick to respond. Give the a try. Definitely will go back.

Great customer service. They didn't have the tire I needed and couldn't get it due to the warehouses being closed. They called around and found a store with one, put my donut on and replaced a lug, all super quick

only got my oil change at KLC auto man they were great they drop me off can you pick me up they get everything beyond the Call of duty dating just change the oil they did the inspection of your everything I love KLC Auto in Brownfield

Needed a tire change and the guy was really respectful and courteous when asked what I needed. I pulled my car in and it was ready in 15 minutes I didn't t have to wait long at all thank you for my fixing my tire.

This place is absolutely wonderful, very hard working people here and they get busy and still handle everyone that comes into here, if they are busy and not at the counter they are most definitely worth waiting for their assistance. The mechanic work at KLC is terrible. I know that they only offer minor mechanic work, but we had a horrible experience. We asked them to diagnose the problem and provide a quote before completing any repairs. They kept my daughter's car there for 4 weeks. Not once did they call with the quote, although I called once a week to check their progress. The customer service was awful. They were extremely rude when I called. Eventually, they performed a "repair" and charged $400, which we were never quoted. We also found out that out of 3 issues we mentioned, not a single one was fixed. They claimed to fix another issue, but not what we asked for. They told us to bring the car back in, but they were going to charge another diagnostic fee, so we decided not to risk it. They didn't offer a refund, or reexamine the car after they told us the problem was fixed. We lost $400 in this mess with no solution.
