We had a flat tire about 10 miles outside of Brownfield . We called Franklin tire to see if they did roadside service. They said yes and said they would send someone . A nice young man arrived and said he felt the tire could be fixed. He took the tire back to there shop. He then retuned with the fixed tire and we were on our way home. Unfortunately when we called it was noon and no one was able to come until 1:30 so the hour and a half wait would be our only complaint otherwise we would recommend this company. We appreciated their honesty because they could have said we needed a new tire which would have been about $500 but instead they fixed ours and only charged us $70.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your establishment. My sister brought my vehicle in to have a flat tire repaired. After leaving, the tire pressure light came back on, and the tire went flat again shortly afterward. She returned to have it looked at, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and the tire went flat once more.
I then took my vehicle to another shop, where I was informed that the bead on the tire had been ripped—something that required me to purchase a completely new tire. This resulted in unnecessary time, money, and frustration that could have been avoided with proper service.
Additionally, I found the overall professionalism at your location disappointing. The employee who handled my vehicle had an unpleasant odor, and while I understand the nature of the work can be physical, basic hygiene and courtesy go a long way in maintaining professionalism and customer comfort.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not experience the same level of dissatisfaction. However, based on my experience, I will not be returning to this location or referring anyone else to your business.

Honestly worst experience ive had with mechanics. Took my car in for a new tire and a wheel barring change. They changed it and i thought it was fine till i started driving and realized my speedometer doesnt work and my abs sensor light turned on. Whatever, things happen, take it back and instead of taking accountability they instead say that the speedometer is no issue caused by them. It worked when it was dropped off. Then the idiot at the counter told me to come back at one. I come back and im still waiting to even be checked out and its 2pm. Absolutely terrible service and straight up idiots running this place.

I am compelled to express my disappointment with the service I received at this establishment. Upon visiting the premises to rectify a tire issue, I was dismayed to find that the problem persisted. Following my visit, I drove to Lamesa, where the tire pressure light illuminated, indicating continued air loss. When I returned to the shop, the manager implied that I was responsible for the issue, suggesting that I must have encountered an obstacle while departing. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of competence in the services provided. The faulty repair is alarming, as it posed a significant risk of stranding me or resulting in a more severe outcome. Consequently, I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. The manager and front desk staff's behavior was unprofessional, lacking the courtesy one would expect. Furthermore, one worker complained about having to redo the tire, which seems unreasonable given that a job well done initially would have avoided the need for rework. It is evident that the establishment needs to review its service standards and customer relations, as I am certain that I am not the first to raise concerns and likely will not be the last.

We had a valve stem go bad on our 5th wheel while driving from East Texas to Big Lake, AZ. The folks at Franklin & Son were incredible. We had 3 grandchildren in the truck with us, and we were fixed and out in 20 minutes! Everyone was so positive and nice! The cost was extremely reasonable. We are so grateful to them!

Was headed home on a 10 hour car ride with my dog when I got a flat right outside Brownfield and was able to get to Franklin and Son. Their help was tremendous. They immediately got my car in and serviced the flat. Was able to get back in my car and on the road within 20 minutes. Everyone was so kind and polite. Seriously cannot imagine how my day would’ve been without them. Highly recommend them. Thank you!!! ❤️

I am deeply appreciative of the service these guys and girl gives their customers.
From airing up tires to fixing flats to replacing tires that have been damaged, this business has not let me down for well over year.
They are fast and friendly. And even on the coldest days, are super helpful in checking the air pressures in the truck tires.

Had a flat tire and I believe his name was Carlos came out and saved me! He put on my spare and took my tire back to the shop to fix. I was out of the shop in about in 20 minutes or less and the price was great. Thank you!
