I ❤️ ? here they have some really cute things you can't find other places! The staff is always so courteous! The BEST THING is if it is a gift you know you get gift wrapping free!!! You really can't beat that most of the time!

Went in on crutches to get a box of bandages. The pharmacist watched my struggle to carry the box to the counter, didnt offer to help, then watched me fall and then when i said “well that’s embarrassing” he said “oh don’t worry, we’ll watch it back later and laugh at you”. Completely and absolutely ridiculous. You know who I am and you know who YOU are. The pharmacist is the only one i have an issue with, the other workers were busy and didn’t see me struggle and didn’t make fun of me.

I popped in to buy some vicks babyrub for my child. The advice and attention i received was superb. I found them to be honest with very polite staff - i highly recommend them to others.

I love nelsons pharmacy staff is very welcoming and i dont have any complains however lately when i call nelsons pharmacy after hours to call in my prescriptions the phone just keeps ringing and ringing soo i dont know what thats about but yeah

After calling United Pharmacy in Lubbock, I was quoted $47 for a prescription and after 2 other attempts to pick up it was finally ready and they wanted $170. So I called Nelson's who were very friendly and it was only $23! AND it was ready within a very short time. Needless to say they are my new pharmacy.
