I don't know if Rachel is an employee or an owner but she is about the most unpleasant person I have ever come in contact with. I have witnessed her on two occasions be incredibly rude to a person with mental disabilities and it made me sick to my stomach. No one should ever think they are so high and mighty. PLEASE, go anywhere else in Brownfield to purchase your cigs and other items. This woman needs to learn how to be civil to ALL of God's people.

The place has good drinks! The employees take 20-30 mins on each car it can just be for a simple pack of cigarettes or a drink!! It shouldn't take that long to get the cars in and out!

Went in this Morning for a Drink and some Cigarettes. Had told the Older Lady with the Glasses that I had separate orders, as I didn't wanna cross our change and proceeded to tell her I wasn't done; to which she got extremely rude with me and started rudely pointing at me with aggression and started mouthing off and ignoring me. Didn't help that she was immediately rude when I asked her what the Drink Prices were either. Y'all need to hire better Staff. Just saying..

It's a good place. Just wished the works didn't shame people into leaving the change. Just give people their change, don't ask people if they want it! You are reaping people off 6 to 80 cents at a time!

It doesn't matter what you go in there for but whatever it is is your business people here tend to make faces at you when bu ying extras ! They should mind their own they're not perfect and neither think about that before you make faces to anybody

Went thru the drive thru and the lady was not friendly. They ask you try the e-cigs before leaving to make sure they work cuz there's no refunds. We got three that we had an issue with. They don't turn off after a few puffs and the life of it isn't as long as it's supposed to be. So we were trying each one and explaining to the lady about what happened last time and she said for us to hurry because there was a car behind us. There's also a lady that asks for a tip when we pay which I think is really rude.
