Appointment scheduled through Home Warranty for Washer/Dryer repair.
Day before appointment, confirmation call was received. Day of appointment no call no show! Office wouldn’t answer, home warranty tried to contact, no answer. Home warranty had to schedule another company.
Waste of time of company. At least call to advise you won’t be making it or answer!

They have worked on probably every appliance I own over the years & ever time they are respectful, though & understanding because of my Deaf dog (who wants to say hi & help but sounds the complete opposite!) I recommend them to EVERYONE! We use them for our business too!!! Thank you everyone for all the hard work you do!

Appliance Home Solutions: Not recommended if possible! 1. Technician walked into my home unannounced. (unprofessional) 2. Technician did not introduce himself.(unprofessional) 3. Technician was rude to my wife. (unprofessional) 4. Technician did not submit the full needed report to the insurance company in a timely manner. (I had to have the insurance company call back Appliance Home Solutions to request a full report). (unprofessional) (Request was started 12/18/23, today is 1/2/23, and we are still waiting for the range and fume hood to be "fixed". Parts have just now been requested for the range, and there is no information on the fume hood.) 5. Still pending completed service. We are not looking forward to the return of the technician to complete his work. (unprofessional) Make sure to lock you doors!("warning!")

They were sent out by my home warranty due to my dishwasher leaking. When they left it was working fine, however the cycle did not complete. It cancelled and flashed that there was an issue with leaking. Called them back, they sent someone else, he stated he couldn’t see the issue when I explained it was at 52 mins, he said he couldn’t stay here that long and to try and get a video. I did, they came back, video was shown. He stated that my brand of dishwashers have a lot of problems, and they don’t flash codes like whirlpool ones. He said he would reach out to the home warranty since he wasn’t able to recreate the problem (again because wouldn’t stay here for the amount of time that it need to create an issue). When I contacted them he didn’t mention anything else other than they couldn’t recreate the issue and that there is no mechanical damage.Also, I had to call multiple times because there was very little communication from them to me about when parts would arrive or what was happening. I have been waiting on this issue to be resolved since 6/29. Between them and my home warranty it seems like I may just have to go out and purchase a new unit out of pocket.

They left a trash up in the attic like plastics, water bottle, Gatorade bottles, prices of the ducts that were cut and parts that were taken off. They subcontracted some other man who came with about 5 of his sons. They stole my Dilliards CC and tried hacking my bank account. They must of gone into my room while I was outside containing the dogs.

Joke of a company, they don't back their work up and have an excuse when it comes to what they worked on and why it's still broken. Don't waste your money or time with them

When I called I asked if I could take my appliance to their place of business the person who answered said that they don't work like that. I said what do you mean, he said we go to the residence and work from there. I didn't like that so that's why I'm giving a 3 star rating. Usually when someone is in business they have a location and the person that answered was evasive in giving this info. So thanks but no thanks.

This company was sent out by my home warranty. NEVER AGAIN!!! Will I use them to fix any appliance in my home. The 2 technicians that were first sent didn’t have a clue as to what they were doing. One was on his personal cell phone while the other had to call for support to find out what was wrong. While they were accessing the problem one of them jumped on my dryer to get to the back of the washer because they didn’t wanna pull out the washer and damaged my dryer and dented it. When we addressed this to the owner he suggested that we caused the damage. Why would be purposely damage our own appliance? After my husband argued with him to fix it he said he couldn’t find the part that it was discontinued. Finally he agreed to cut us a check for $124 for the price of the part but we insisted he fix it and after we involved our home warranty about it he “found” the part and ordered it. The owner was rude and never introduced himself he just walked in did the job and didn’t even have us sign anything when he was done. Talk about customer service. They did fix my dryer after I called the home warranty and made them aware of the damage. I would never recommend them ever!!!!

These guys did a great job of repairing the switch on our ice maker on our LG fridge. They didn't have the switch on the truck, but he had the whole panel. He took the switch from his panel and only charged me for the switch. Great customer service. No nicks or scratches on the fridge when they were done and cleaned up after themselves. Oh, they showed up on time as well, a rarity in the RGV for service people.
