“I was browsing because the place we had bought furniture made us wait 5 months and nothing. I came in and was greeted kindly when it was 20 min till closing and they still serviced me and I ended up buying 2 twin beds I had been wanting for months. Everyone was so kind and Juventino Reyes followed up with me and called when I could pick them up. Excellent customer service 10/10.”

Very helpful and it was nice to be able to order online too if they were out at any given location. You can then make returns at any location as well. Great products, great service and very clean store.”

“Is the place I foud almost every thing I'm looking for but,....the carts to pick up small items are only outside of one entrance.....but they have 3 doors where you can get inside.....I'm always very upset, because if I need something near to de 30th hall, ,I must walk at least one block to have and grab a cart....”

“I purchased an LG refrigerator in the middle of the COVID pandemic when most big box stores were quoting 2-4 week back orders. Bobby was extremely helpful and told me exactly what he had in his inventory. I purchased the refrigerator the next day, and it was installed the following day. When his install team was taking the old refrigerator out the corner of the old unit punched a small hole in the drywall and nicked another spot. Bobby had his contractor call me and they did an excellent repair job a few days later. The second day we had the refrigerator we heard a water drip coming from the ice maker line. I called Bobby that day and his repairman was over at the house within an hour. The water line didn't have enough slack so it had not seated properly in the connector and was leaking. I suspect that when the install team checked the water line it was all fine, but with the ice makers running and us getting water from the front door unit that the connection just got looser with the increased pressure and use. It was fixed within 5 minutes and we ran 3 tests to ensure everything was OK. I will definitely return to Stevenson's for my next appliance purchase. No more big box stores for me!”
