Came to this store switched from T-Mobile Lee and the manager Santos were very patient and thorough they resolved and were very helpful!

I went in to do an upgrade and it’s so embarrassing how the so called “store manager” Santos gave me wrong info for my trade in but I’m so glad that this time I was with the correct person who knew the answers to my questions Estrella is so nice!!!

Went in and purchased a phone outright paid for it only to come to find out that they added a payment plan of a dollar for 36 months and they also added insurance on my watch that I did not ask for. This is not true AT&T store. It’s owned by a third party. BE AWARE AND BUY ONLINE FROM ATT.

Trying to upgrade my phone, Sofia offered to call customer service. She sat and helped me deal with customer service for over an hour! She remained very patient and professional throughout the whole process and just wanted to help me solve my issue. Thank you again Sofia!
