Rosie at AT&T absolutely crushed it. She was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and didn’t waste my time with fluff. On top of that, she was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience smooth instead of stressful. You can tell she actually knows her stuff and cares about doing the job right. Because of Rosie, I’d 100% come back to this location and recommend asking for her specifically. Horrible experience, I switched over from cricket thinking I would be paying less a month. Mary Chavez which is the supposed “manager” placed me in a business account without my consent, added insurance after I repeatedly requested for NO ADD-ONS. I have been going to the store for at least 2 weeks looking for her and an explanation. She is always in “events”. Now it came to my attention that the promotion she offered me does not qualify for Cricket. Horrible and unprofessional manager and horrible store. Take your business somewhere else and avoid this scammer-manager.

I visited this AT&T retail location to transfer my services from Verizon, believing I would receive better pricing for my business lines. I spoke directly with a so called “store manager”, Mary Chavez, who quoted me approximately $92–$98 per month for three lines, and assured me that AT&T would pay off the remaining balances on the three phones I still owed with Verizon.
Unfortunately, none of what she promised was accurate.
After spending nearly an hour transferring my lines, I discovered the following:
• Insurance was added to all of my lines without my authorization.
• I was not informed that the promotion for the Verizon payoff would not apply for 60–90 days.
• I was not informed that I would not receive the trade-in credits or the cards to pay off my Verizon phones until after that time period.
• I was led to believe the credits were immediate, which was the ONLY reason I agreed to switch.
Because of these misrepresentations, I am now facing:
• A $2,500 bill from Verizon, plus
• A $550 bill from AT&T,
Totaling over $3,000 in phone bills in a single month for a business account.
Both carriers are now threatening to disconnect my business lines if the balances are not paid, putting my business at risk — all due to inaccurate information provided at this location.
To make matters worse, even the staff inside the store expressed surprise at how my account was handled.
I have reached out to AT&T customer service multiple times, and the level of support has been extremely poor. No one has provided a solution or taken responsibility for the misinformation given at this store.
This has been the worst experience I have had with any phone carrier, and I regret transferring my lines. I am sharing this to warn others: get every detail in writing before transferring your services, and be cautious with the information provided at this location.

I went ser what plans were for senio r military for 2 lines n a tablet. After 20 minutes, The young lady took offense on a commend I made about t-mobile and was not going to attend to m. I guess I will stay with T-mobile.
