Excellent service, definitely went above and beyond to help my husband and I have a smooth tansition from another company. Especially rep Robert from this store location. Miss Advisor didn't know or didn't want to activate the e-sim of my s24, because I bought it on samsung. I had to program it to discharge him. When he had no other choice, she did it. He also wanted to force me to buy the internet for my house. obviously I don't accept it because if She didn't know or didn't want to program my phone what security I have that they will give me a good service on that home internet?. they just want to sell but they don't give solutions. terrible service.
