“I really appreciate you took my car for service w/o appt. The only thing was usually when I take my car they take no more than 40min waiting. On this visit it they take almost 2hrs besides the place was empty ! Arnold said that since they were not busy it only should take 20 minutes or so to do the oil change. They took more time than usuall”

“The customer service here was immaculate. Erick was especially helpful, as well as the owner's son. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when dealing with something I have little to no experience dealing with. The security and comfortability that I felt was worth every penny, and I will definitely be making this my go to place when ANYTHING happens with my truck. Even the quality of the shop, the tools I saw lying around, and the products that they sell are top tier. “I went in and brought all my own fluids and filters, I was quoted 25$ for the oil change over the phone. The next day when I went in, I confirmed it with one of the workers. I guess somewhere along the lines communication failed because it’s actually 46.99. They honored the quote for me and advised next time it would be full price. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service. Will be going back for my next one!”
“At the suggestion of another shop nearby i went over and explained the situation to them and despite being busy they did excellent work over the next few hours about 2 due to cars ahead of me and never forgot me! They showed me the damage and showed me receipts and got copies!”

“Miguel in the Service Dept deserves a raise! 5/5 Stars! We were visiting the Valley from out of town and during this Texas heat, the A/C on our SUV decided to stop working mid trip. We stopped by on Monday morning without an appointment hoping for a miracle and Miguel took us in and couldn’t guarantee a timeframe but would try his best. Days later we get a call that the A/C is fixed and the SUV is ready to go. Something that could have really dampened our visit to the Valley was saved by Miguel and the Service Dept at Tipotex Chevrolet! If you need your Chevy worked on, I would definitely recommend Tipotex Chevrolet!”

Gerardo, showed me the results of the test and found the problem immediately, they were quick and had me on my way. My family truck broke down in Mexico 1/3/24, my family of 7 were stuck in Brownsville for the night. The next morning I asked the local AAA TOW TRUCK REP that picked/towed our truck if he could recommend anyone. He really didn’t want to but I insisted. I’m glad he did. Charlie’s was by far THE BEST HONEST MECHANIC I’ve ever had the business of dealing with. He had us on the road the next day. And he even went to pick me up at the hotel we were staying at. I mean who does that ?. To bad we don’t have Mechanics like Charlie in Dallas. Thanks again Charlie and his friendly staff. ”

What an outstanding experience. Stopped in to look at the XT6. Was met and greeted by the owner, when was the last time that happened to you at a dealership? Me. Never, and it just got better from there. Beto our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful as we went thru the whole gamet of models, options, exterior and interior colors. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but they went out and found it, and got it to the dealership. Tony Lopez the Cadillac sales manager and Beto worked together to ensure our happiness and got us our Cadillac, and a fantastic deal.
This is what car buying should be like. GREAT DEALERSHIP, but the people are what makes it great!
