On this visit it they take almost 2hrs besides the place was empty ! Arnold said that since they were not busy it only should take 20 minutes or so to do the oil change. They took more time than usuall”

“I visited this Goodyear location on 8/21/2026. I called the store beforehand because I wanted them to inspect my car about a repair they performed a month prior. I spoke with Ramiro and he said to stop by with my car and he’ll take care of it. After the inspection, they told me that the their repair was good, but my concern was related to something else. They said they were going to spend more time testing the vehicle to be sure what it was. In the end, they gave me a list of recommendations of services needed for my car. The quote was pretty high, but I understand that labor prices are expensive. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t charge me for bringing in the vehicle. Thank you Ramiro and Sergio for making my visit less stressful.”

“I went in and brought all my own fluids and filters, I was quoted 25$ for the oil change over the phone. The next day when I went in, I confirmed it with one of the workers. I guess somewhere along the lines communication failed because it’s actually 46.99. They honored the quote for me and advised next time it would be full price. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service. Will be going back for my next one!”

“My car texted me I had a low tire. We were in Brownsville so stop at a Chevy dealership but they were backed up so we googled tire repair. Pueblo came up. Went there and 15 minutes later we were gone. Fast efficient. Wife could not believe how clean the restroom and the store were. The shop area was super clean also.
These guys could pass a food inspection at their shop.

“Wow! Ram from Superior Collision and Towing was incredibly helpful and kind to us. Our tire blew out in the middle of the night in the middle of the highway in between Olmito and Brownsville and he came to help us in under 20 minutes. He was so kind and prepared and made sure to see us leave safely. He replaced our tire with our spare and went above and beyond by making sure it properly fit and filled it with air. I would rate his service, speed, and selflessness a 20/10 stars if it allowed it.

“Don’t let the name fool you, this is definitely a five star muffler shop! We rolled in 1/2 hour before closing on a Friday. We were seen right away, given recommendations and the work was done immediately at a fair price to put us back on the road. “Miguel in the Service Dept deserves a raise! 5/5 Stars! We were visiting the Valley from out of town and during this Texas heat, the A/C on our SUV decided to stop working mid trip. We stopped by on Monday morning without an appointment hoping for a miracle and Miguel took us in and couldn’t guarantee a timeframe but would try his best. Days later we get a call that the A/C is fixed and the SUV is ready to go. Something that could have really dampened our visit to the Valley was saved by Miguel and the Service Dept at Tipotex Chevrolet! If you need your Chevy worked on, I would definitely recommend Tipotex Chevrolet!”

Gerardo, showed me the results of the test and found the problem immediately, they were quick and had me on my way. He and his team are the best and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. He is excellent in communication and very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend them!”

My family truck broke down in Mexico 1/3/24, my family of 7 were stuck in Brownsville for the night. The next morning I asked the local AAA TOW TRUCK REP that picked/towed our truck if he could recommend anyone. He really didn’t want to but I insisted. I’m glad he did. Charlie’s was by far THE BEST HONEST MECHANIC I’ve ever had the business of dealing with. He had us on the road the next day. And he even went to pick me up at the hotel we were staying at. I mean who does that ?. To bad we don’t have Mechanics like Charlie in Dallas. Thanks again Charlie and his friendly staff. ”
