“Car looks great Subaru Outback. They did an excellent job on the damage to the car. Detail was excellent on the outside. The inside was not good at all,it was dirty everywhere, even the dash where the controls were.Somethings were clean and others were not.In the beginning I had asked for the windshield to be replaced with a new one and it was not done. One tire was low on air because the warning light was on. Great place did a great job on the repairs that were done, but no deep clean detail as I was told. It took over a month to get a fairly quick fix on the car. I would recommend them, and would have pointed out what I was not happy with, but didn't have the car for so long that I didn't want to wait longer. Excellent repairs, but not so good detailing.”
“They're open 24/7. I would suggest for them to fix the hours in Los Fresnos, so people won't get confused of their hours because I called the Los Fresnos, but somehow got transferred to the Brownsville which is completely fine because the gentleman still came through. I didn't get the lady's name, but we converse until they got our location correct. Decent work.
Juan S. helped us and explained the company. I probably asked way too much questions, but he was understanding and very helpful, good insight about the business.
Appreciate the help. Lots.
Keep on keeping on.”
“Honest, Reliable, and made time for me. Fixed the Hydraulic Lift for my bus.No one else in Brownsville wanted to help until I came here at big ninos auto service. Coming back to fix more.Services: Tires”
“I had an issue with a missing screw from my Drive Shaft U-Joint. A very nice man in the parts department went out of his way to find the right size screw that I needed to fix it and go in my way. I am very thankful and appreciative of his help. ***** 5 stars for Nuga Diesel and all their employees ?”
